ONLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION

All our products carry a lifetime warranty.  Upon proof of purchase, we will repair or replace it with the same or a similar model within a reasonable period of time as long as the product has been operated according to the guidelines in the accompanying instruction manual. You will NOT have a claim under this warranty if:

1.      You have not followed the guidelines in the instruction manual;                       

2.      The problem is caused by lightning, fire or any other act of God;                                   

3.      The problem has been caused by improper repair or adjustment by someone other than us or our appointed agents;

4.   The warranty seal has been broken  

We reserve the right to make the determination and will be happy to show you photographs of non-coverable damage.
